Case Study 1: Alphinity
Let’s dive into the details of the Alphinity project, one of Vestra’s standout commercial design upgrades for the Investment Manager. Vestra’s design team collaborated closely with Alphinity, enjoying numerous enriching exchanges. Together, we crafted a workspace fitout that seamlessly integrates with the breathtaking scenery, from the inviting entrance to the serene staff breakout areas at the back.
Vestra oversaw test fits, workspace planning, interior design, project/construction management, bespoke joinery, audiovisual/tech and furniture selection.
We were honoured to be selected as the Alphinity team’s to upgrade the 734m2 space after previously working with them on smaller jobs.
Case Study 2: KJ Risk Group
Another remarkable commercial design project by Vestra brought a unique workspace to life on behalf of KJ Risk Group. While planning to relocate to Sydney CBD, the risk consultant and insurance broker enlisted our commercial interior design experts to develop an office fitout plan including AV for meeting rooms, open areas and offices. We ensured all procurement and project management works were fully finished prior to the required move-in date.
This Vestra office design included large windows, frosted glass privacy for meeting rooms, ambient and accent lighting, built-in lounge seating and so much more. All-in-all, we were thrilled to deliver a functional, modern space that made the team’s transition a breeze.
Case Study 3: MKS Pamp Group
MKS Pamp Group is a shining example of our expertise in commercial fitouts. We integrated branding elements, sustainability initiatives and user-centric design principles to define the space and contribute to its success. We embraced this opportunity to create a great space for the entire team and build a custom trading desk for four to six monitors per workstation.
The final office design features a sleek black and gold kitchen, offering the best of both worlds in terms of style and functionality. Our bespoke joinery solutions, audiovisual, technology, electrical, data, lighting and furniture selection all contributed to the success of this workspace planning.
