A Workplace Strategy initiative by Vestra pinpointed essential areas for 26 Degrees for the way forward. With a talented and dynamic team, the directors of 26 Degrees recognized the necessity to maintain motivation within their workspace.
A property search conducted in the Sydney and North Sydney areas revealed a distinctive warm shell workspace for 26 Degrees at the Sub Platypus Base, which has been carefully converted from a submarine and torpedo manufacturing facility into an extraordinary creative work environment that 26 Degrees now calls home.
The workspace has supported the 26 Degrees team for the future, including staff satisfaction, attendance, output, and staff retention levels, all increasing.
