A refurbishment with particular focus placed on brightening and enhancing the front-of-house experience, allowing daylight to penetrate deeper into the reception and client areas.
Working closely with Vestra, CLSA explored a range of design concepts and test-fit options, supported by detailed budget pricing, to fully understand the commercial and operational implications of each scenario. This process provided clarity and confidence in their decision-making. Ultimately, CLSA proceeded with a refurbishment, resulting in a refreshed office layout that maximises space efficiency, supports collaboration, and better reflects how their teams work today. The new workplace has been extremely well received and continues to perform strongly for the business.
