Vestra Workspace were engaged by Uniland, a real estate startup with a very strict budget, to design and fit out their new office at 10 Bridge St, Epping.

As a 3rd generation family company there were synergies with JSG and Vestra from the first engagement.
Vestra offered churn works to keep the previous premises upgraded and then worked with the JSG team to develop their new workspace for the future with design, fitout along with graphics, signage and artwork selection.
A genuine honesty and willingness to understand our needs and offer solutions is what was provided from Vestra – it is hard to find nowadays but we really enjoyed working with the Vestra team from small churn works through to our new workspace commemorating our 100 year anniversary.
