Vestra were recommended to the building owner as an ideal company to offer a bespoke design and spec fitout for the floor space at 50 Clarence St. With a key focus on an impressive entry and breakout in view of leasing the space, Vestra provided an outstanding spec fitout under budget for the client.
Detailed feature ceilings, floor finishes and hand crafted feature walls and lighting were an integral part of the new workspace.
The space was leased within 2 weeks of the fitout practical completion with the client being overwhelmed with the lease deal and ready to spec fitout their next Vestra Workspace.
