Vestra Workspace were engaged by Uniland, a real estate startup with a very strict budget, to design and fit out their new office at 10 Bridge St, Epping.

Uniting Church have been dedicated to understanding and assisting globally through their agency arms including Frontier Services, Uniting World and Uniting Care.
Vestra value Uniting Church as an ongoing client and the most recent works started with a discussion as to looking at how the current floor plates could be changed to make better use of the workspace for staff, volunteers and board members.
Through collaboration we identified there were three distinct areas of focus which all had unique needs starting with a welcoming but not extravagant reception and lounge area through to the back of house boardroom facilities as well as the office space with separate staff entry.
Through innovative use of existing workstations and furniture items, the project was delivered within the restricted budget available while still answering the brief in all key areas.
Vestra patiently listened to our evolving needs and provided a design and fitout that surpassed all expectations of the management team.
